Agency Dismisses CN's Application for Costs Against Ferroequus Railway Company Limited

On February 28, 2003, the Canadian Transportation Agency (CTA) dismissed Canadian National Railways (CN) application for costs related to the CTA decision of September 10, 2002 in respect of the application filed by Ferroequus Railway Company Limited for running rights on CN lines in western Canada.
